Role Overview:

As a Sr. Manager Business Development (BFSI), you will spearhead our expansion efforts within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. Your day-to-day will involve identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth through new client acquisition, and managing key relationships with decision-makers in leading BFSI organizations. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to tailor solutions that address the specific needs of our BFSI clients. Ultimately, your efforts will directly impact our market share, revenue targets, and the overall success of our BFSI vertical.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the BFSI sector to achieve ambitious revenue growth targets.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for key BFSI accounts, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and other key decision-makers at target BFSI organizations to foster long-term partnerships.

- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the BFSI landscape.

- Collaborate with product development teams to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs of BFSI clients, ensuring product-market fit.

- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and generate new leads within the BFSI sector.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies within the BFSI sector, driving significant revenue growth.

- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at leading BFSI organizations, including C-level executives.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate value propositions to diverse audiences.

- Deep understanding of the BFSI landscape, including industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive dynamics.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex business challenges.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.

- Adaptable to work from Mumbai or any location, demonstrating flexibility in work arrangements.
