Key Responsibilities:


- Identify potential customer applications, products, and programs. Propose techno commercial solutions in consultation with the Engineering and Costing departments


- Build relationships across the customer's hierarchy and ensure our products are integrated into the customer's product strategy through effective marketing efforts


- Understand market developments and create new opportunities, product concepts, and business cases for organizational growth


- Track the status of new product launches and production batches, clearing bottlenecks to ensure timely deliveries


- Develop and maintain new customers, contacts, RFQs, and prepare quotes in consultation with other departments


- Conduct regular commercial discussions on pricing, commodity adjustments, and other related topics


- Monitor schedules, payments, statutory forms, and documentation


- Periodically monitor sales plans versus budgets, track shortfalls, and ensure timely information flow by coordinating with superiors, finance, and logistics to achieve desired results


- Ensure staff and superiors have sufficient and up-to-date information.


- Organize annual marketing and promotion activities such as technology days and exhibitions.


- Sign off on supply and long-term agreements with customers.


- Maintain constant communication with customers to achieve high customer satisfaction levels.


- Assist in coordinating activities that are part of headquarter initiatives such as budget, MIS, and other initiatives.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, and Business Administration would be added advantage


- Proven experience in a techno-commercial role, preferably in the manufacturing or engineering industry.


- Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.


- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.


- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.


- Preferred Industry : Automotive Tier1 system supplier, Industrial products, Engineering B2B business
