- Formulate and implement growth strategies to penetrate target markets
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels for scaling mental health product/services
- Drive the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners and understand their needs, challenges, and pain points, and provide tailored solutions to address them effectively
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the mental health space through market research and analysis
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product/service development, marketing, and operations
- Develop accurate revenue forecasts and sales projections and track and analyze sales performance metrics, and provide regular reports and updates to senior management
- Represent the company as a thought leader in the mental health domain at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events
