Responsibilities:


- Develop new business opportunities through strategic partnerships, alliances, and joint ventures.

- Identify potential clients and develop targeted sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services, ensuring successful market entry.

- Manage key accounts, build strong relationships with existing customers, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business development decisions.


Desired Candidate Profile:

- 9-10 years of experience in Business Development or related field (e.g., Sales & Marketing).

- MBA/PGDM degree from a reputable institution (Marketing or Operations specialization preferred).

- Proven track record of success in developing innovative solutions for complex problems.

- Strong understanding of stakeholder management principles and ability to build effective relationships at all levels
