Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Execute brand strategy across online marketplaces in line with the overall brand vision
- Ensure consistent brand tone, visual identity, and messaging across all digital touchpoints
- Strengthen premium brand perception through storytelling and content
Online Marketplace Merchandising:
- Own digital merchandising across platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, FirstCry, etc.)
- Optimize product listings: titles, descriptions, keywords, images, videos, and A+ content
- Ensure seasonal collections, bestsellers, and new launches are merchandised effectively
- Monitor catalog hygiene, pricing alignment, and visibility metrics
Creative & Content Management:
- Coordinate with design, photography, and content teams for product shoots and creatives
- Drive high-quality visuals, lookbooks, banners, and brand stores on marketplaces
- Ensure content reflects category trends, age segmentation, and fashion sensibilities
Campaigns & Brand Activations:
- Plan and execute brand-led campaigns during sales events, launches, and festive periods
- Collaborate with performance marketing teams to align branding with conversion goals
- Support influencer and social-commerce initiatives linked to marketplace traffic
Market & Consumer Insights:
- Track consumer behavior, browsing patterns, and competitor activity
- Analyze marketplace dashboards to improve CTR, CVR, and brand discovery
- Share insights with internal teams to improve assortment and storytelling
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with merchandising, supply chain, and sales teams to align availability with campaigns
- Partner with marketplace account managers to improve brand visibility and placements
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Brand visibility & share of voice on marketplaces
- Product page conversion rates (CTR, CVR)
- Catalog quality & content compliance scores
- Performance of launches and seasonal campaigns
- Brand search growth and repeat customer engagement
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brands
- Strong exposure to online marketplaces and digital merchandising
- Experience with kidswear, apparel, or fast fashion preferred
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of e-commerce merchandising and content optimization
- Brand storytelling and creative sensibility
- Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret marketplace analytics
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
