Are you a brand storyteller who also understands numbers, funnels, and admissions cycles?
This role is for a senior marketing leader who can build powerful education brands, drive admissions at scale, and own end-to-end go-to-market strategy across multiple locations and business lines. You will lead integrated marketing initiativesdigital, offline, events, and partnershipsto deliver measurable impact on enrolments, revenue, and brand recall.

What Youll Do (Key Responsibilities):
1. Own integrated GTM planning and execution aligned to admission cycles across brands and geographies
2. Drive lead generation and walk-ins via digital, offline, referral, BTL, and event-based\channels
3. Design and execute parent & student engagement programs - open houses, workshops, demo classes, school tie-ups
4. Track and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring strong ROAS & CPL performance
5. Lead execution across SEM, social media, email marketing, and agency/vendor partnerships
6. Analyze campaign performance, share insights with stakeholders, and continuously optimize strategies
7. Collaborate closely with business heads, sales, admissions, and external partners
What You Bring (Requirements)?
1. 10+ years of overall experience with 4+ years in a senior marketing / business manager role
2. Prior experience in Education, EdTech, or multi-location service industries (preferred)
3. Strong hands-on exposure to digital + offline marketing execution
4. Proven experience managing lead generation metrics (ROAS, CPL, conversions)
5. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and execution skills
6. Graduation required (BBA / BMS / Any Bachelors degree)
