Senior Manager - Brand Execution & Insights/Consumer Marketing - Financial Services

We are looking for a senior individual contributor who can own brand and investor education execution end-to-end, with a strong understanding of finance, investing, and markets.

This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate can translate investment thinking into credible, high-impact brand actions, while independently managing timelines, platforms, communities, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute and manage brand & investor education campaigns across digital, print, OOH, OTT, etc.

- Coordinate with media agencies and partners on planning, releases, tracking, and optimisation

- Own timelines, dependencies, follow-ups, and delivery

- Derive insights from social listening, ORM, brand tracking, brand lift studies, app & website feedback

- Translate insights into actionable inputs for messaging, platforms, CX, and campaigns

- Manage YouTube channels, brand communities, and engagement programs

- Execute long-form content programs such as podcasts

- Own updates to Investor Education / Learn sections, microsites, and landing pages

- Act as custodian of customer experience across digital and offline touchpoints

Must-Have Requirements:

- 8-10 years of experience

- Mandatory background in financial services or fintech (wealth, investing, markets, broking, insurance, fintech)

- Strong understanding of investing and investment concepts (beyond personal finance)

- Proven experience in end-to-end campaign execution and project management

- Hands-on experience with social platforms, communities, or creator ecosystems

- Strong Senior IC mindset - ability to work independently with limited coaching

- Mandatory background in financial services or fintech (wealth, investing, markets, broking, insurance, fintech)
