Position: Senior Manager Brand & Strategy
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
Experience: Minimum 3 years in brand management, product development, or strategic marketing rolespreferably within FMCG, beauty, skincare, or wellness sectors.
Education: Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business, or related disciplines. (Pedigree institutes preferred)
Role Overview:
The Senior Manager Brand & Strategy will play a key role in defining and executing the brands strategic roadmap. The role demands a balance of creative storytelling and analytical thinking to strengthen brand positioning, boost visibility, and drive growth across categories.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Product Innovation & Development
- Identify new product opportunities aligned with consumer insights and market dynamics.
- Collaborate with design, R&D, and operations teams to bring concepts to life.
- Monitor launch timelines, quality, and performance of new and existing products.
- Regularly analyze emerging trends to enhance the product portfolio.
2. Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Create and implement long-term brand strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Define the brands purpose, personality, and core messaging.
- Strengthen market presence through clear positioning and differentiated communication.
- Track brand performance metrics such as awareness, recall, and sentiment.
3. Consumer Insights & Market Understanding
- Use research, analytics, and trend mapping to understand evolving customer needs.
- Continuously gather feedback on launched products to refine offerings.
- Translate insights into actionable strategies to drive growth.
4. Campaign Planning & Execution
- Lead 360 marketing campaigns across digital, influencer, and PR channels.
- Work cross-functionally with media, product, and creative teams for flawless delivery.
- Measure campaign success using KPIs like engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Experiment with new initiatives to strengthen brand equity.
5. Communication & Content Strategy
- Oversee impactful content creation for web, social, and offline platforms.
- Integrate PR, influencer, and SEO strategies for consistent brand storytelling.
- Manage development of brand collaterals, press notes, and creative assets.
6. Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Develop frameworks for monitoring brand and campaign performance.
- Present insights, learnings, and recommendations to leadership teams.
- Ensure marketing budgets are optimized for maximum ROI.
7. Operations & Project Management
- Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously within set timelines.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and brand identity standards.
8. Leadership & Collaboration
- Guide and mentor team members to achieve shared objectives.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies for cohesive execution.
- Support senior management in aligning brand goals with business priorities.
