The brand is revolutionising the personal care space for the contemporary, research-savvy consumer with its gentle and efficient skin care products.
Title of Position: Senior Manager, Brand & Strategy
Location: Bangalore's HSR Layout
Experience: at least three years in marketing strategy, new product development, brand management, or a similar subject, ideally in the FMCG, beauty, skincare, or wellness sectors.
Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, or a similar discipline. (Pedigree College is preferred.)
Concerning the position: You will be in charge of establishing and advancing the brand's overarching strategic direction as the Senior Manager of Brand & Strategy. To improve brand health and exposure, you will be in charge of integrated marketing campaigns, consumer insights, market share growth, and brand positioning. To improve the brand and promote economic success, this position calls for a strategic thinker who can combine creativity and data-driven decision-making.
Principal Duties:
1. Development of New Products:
- Develop creative product concepts based on consumer demands and market trends.
- Work together with the technical and design teams to realise the product.
- Keep up with new developments in technology and industry trends.
- Make sure product releases are successful and on schedule.
- Analyse and improve current product offers.
2. Market positioning and brand strategy:
- Create and implement the overarching brand strategy, making sure it is in line with corporate goals.
- To improve market share and consumer perception, define the brand's value proposition, positioning, and message.
- Monitor and enhance brand health metrics, such as consumer sentiment, awareness, and engagement.
- To find gaps and chances for differentiation, do a competitive analysis.
3. Market research and consumer insights:
- Utilise market research and data analytics to comprehend consumer behaviour, preferences, and new trends.
- Investigate goods that have previously been released and offer suggestions for ongoing development.
4. Development and Implementation of Campaigns:
- Create and oversee integrated marketing programs utilising social media, influencer marketing, PR, and digital.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the product, design, PR, and media teams to guarantee execution excellence.
- Use key performance indicators (KPIs) like brand impressions, engagement rates, and conversion metrics to track the success of your campaign.
- Continue to innovate and launch fresh brand-building projects.
5. Communication and Content Strategy:
- Oversee the production of content for several platforms and the development of powerful narratives.
- To increase brand reach and quality impressions, coordinate PR, SEO, and influencer marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the production of newsletters, press releases, website content, and other communication products.
6. Reporting and Evaluation of Performance:
- Create a solid foundation for measuring campaign effect and brand performance.
- Provide senior leadership with competitive positioning, important brand KPIs, and useful insights.
- Make the most of your marketing budget by making sure your tactics are economical and have a high return on investment (ROI).
7. Compliance & Project Management:
- Manage branding claims, artwork, and marketing materials' adherence to regulations.
- Oversee several projects, making sure they are completed on schedule and within budget.
8. Team and Stakeholder Management:
- To successfully advance brand objectives, coordinate internal teams and outside agencies.
- Develop a high-performance culture with a strong emphasis on learning and growth while leading and mentoring a team.
- Work together with senior leadership to match business goals with brand initiatives.
Essential Conditions:
