Role Overview:
As the Senior Manager - Brand & Strategy, you will lead the strategic direction and positioning of the brand. Your role will focus on brand growth, consumer insights, integrated marketing campaigns, and new product development, while ensuring strong brand equity and market share expansion. This position requires a strategic yet creative thinker who leverages data-driven insights to deliver impactful brand outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. New Product Development:
- Conceptualize and develop new product ideas aligned with consumer needs and market trends.
- Collaborate with design, R&D, and engineering teams for product development.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to stay competitive.
- Ensure timely, high-impact product launches.
- Evaluate and enhance existing product offerings.
2. Brand Strategy & Market Positioning:
- Define and execute the overall brand strategy to strengthen market presence.
- Build brand positioning, value proposition, and messaging.
- Monitor and improve brand health metrics (awareness, engagement, sentiment).
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify differentiation opportunities.
3. Consumer Insights & Market Research:
- Utilize analytics and market research to understand consumer behavior.
- Track performance of launched products and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Identify emerging consumer trends and unmet needs.
4. Campaign Development & Execution:
- Drive integrated marketing campaigns across digital, PR, influencer marketing, and social platforms.
- Ensure seamless cross-functional execution with product, design, PR, and media teams.
- Measure campaign success with KPIs (brand reach, engagement, conversions).
- Innovate new initiatives to strengthen brand visibility.
5. Content & Communication Strategy:
- Develop compelling brand storytelling for multiple channels.
- Align PR, influencer marketing, and SEO for maximum impact.
- Oversee creation of press releases, newsletters, website copy, and digital content.
6. Reporting & Performance Measurement:
- Establish frameworks to measure brand and campaign effectiveness.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Optimize marketing spends for maximum ROI.
7. Project Management & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with branding guidelines, claims, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage multiple projects while ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
8. Stakeholder & Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
- Align internal teams and external agencies with brand objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate brand strategies with business goals.
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record in leading brand strategy and marketing initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in consumer insights and market research.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing, influencer partnerships, PR, and SEO.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing analytics tools.
