KEY DELIVERABLES
1. Digital Marketing Ownership
- Own end-to-end digital marketing performance across social media, SEO, paid campaigns, email marketing, and analytics.
- Ensure alignment of digital initiatives with brand, lead generation, and ROI objectives.
2. Social Media & Community Management
- Define and execute the social media strategy across platforms.
- Ensure high-quality, on-brand content through content review and creative briefs to designers/agencies.
- Build and nurture an engaged online community through campaigns and interactions.
3. Online Reputation Management (ORM)
- Own brand reputation across digital platforms.
- Manage customer queries and reviews in coordination with CRM and agencies.
- Proactively convert negative feedback into positive brand outcomes.
4. Website & App Performance
- Own performance and content governance of the website and app.
- Track and optimize user experience, traffic, conversions, bounce rate, and SEO performance.
- Drive content updates (blogs, landing pages) in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Digital Campaigns & Lead Generation
- Conceptualize and execute digital campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Ensure timely rollout, performance tracking, and ROI delivery in partnership with business and CRM teams.
6. Email Marketing
- Lead planning and execution of email marketing campaigns including copy, targeting, execution, and analytics.
- Ensure delivery accuracy, technical hygiene, and performance against targets.
7. Reporting, Audit & Insights
- Deliver monthly performance reports across all digital channels.
- Track costs, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor competitor activity and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE (ESSENTIAL)
- 5-8 years' experience in Digital / Social Media Marketing
- Strong expertise in social media campaigns, SEO, analytics, email marketing, and ROI measurement
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, marketing automation tools, and SEO best practices
- Strong copy editing, stakeholder coordination, and creative judgment
- Fluency in English
