Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Banking and Financial Services (BFS) domain professional to drive a dual role encompassing consulting, client advisory, and solutioning support.
The Senior Manager BFS Solutions & Consulting will play a key role in shaping client-centric solutions, supporting sales pursuits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact outcomes.
This role acts as a bridge between sales, service lines, and delivery teams, ensuring solutions are aligned with client needs, commercially viable, and consistent with Anaptys's go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with sales, delivery, and service line teams to support BFS-focused solutioning and pre-sales initiatives.
- Engage in client discussions to understand business challenges and contribute to designing tailored solutions.
- Support the creation of proposals, pitch decks, and solution narratives for client engagements.
- Contribute to solution design and execution planning, ensuring alignment with client objectives and delivery capabilities.
- Participate in client workshops, discovery sessions, and advisory discussions to help shape transformation initiatives.
- Work with internal teams to define use cases, solution components, and capability models.
- Assist in developing commercial models, effort estimations, and pricing inputs.
- Create high-quality solution collateral (presentations, documents, case studies) to support business development.
- Support RFI/RFP responses and assist in transition planning for new engagements.
- Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, including internal knowledge sharing and market insights.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong domain knowledge in Banking and Financial Services, including areas like lending, payments, risk, compliance, or operations.
- Prior experience in consulting, advisory, or solutioning roles within BFSI.
- Exposure to pre-sales activities, including proposal development and client presentations.
- Ability to translate business challenges into structured solutions and insights.
- Good storytelling and presentation skills for client-facing interactions.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.
- Comfortable working in dynamic and ambiguous environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Willingness to travel for client engagements when required.
