Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Banking Operations Senior Manager to lead our core operations vertical in Kolkata. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of deposit management, collateral oversight, and international banking transactions, ensuring seamless execution and regulatory compliance. You will act as a bridge between frontline business units, internal audit teams, and senior leadership, driving operational excellence through robust process governance. By maintaining high standards of accuracy in bookkeeping and reporting, you will directly influence the bank's risk posture and operational efficiency, ultimately ensuring a frictionless experience for our high-value clients and stakeholders.

Location: Kolkata.

Experience:

CA/MBA minimum 10 - 15 years of experience in transaction process, banking operations.

Leadership Requirements:

- Leadership experience is mandatory.

- He has to handle a minimum of 70 - 80 folks.

- Design and maintain comprehensive MIS dashboards that provide real-time visibility into operational performance and key risk indicators for senior management.

- Oversee rigorous bookkeeping practices and the timely delivery of monthly reports to ensure financial integrity and adherence to internal accounting standards.

- Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks by implementing stringent control frameworks and conducting regular process audits to prevent financial leakage.
