Reporting to : Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Manager/Senior Manager - Banking & Treasury to oversee our banking relationships, ensure compliance with banking regulations, and manage debt-raising activities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in corporate banking, debt management, and compliance, with additional treasury expertise being highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

- Banking Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.

- Negotiate banking facilities, terms, and pricing for loans and other banking products.

- Debt Management:

- Lead the process of raising bank debt and other financing facilities.

- Manage all documentation related to debt instruments and ensure timely renewals and compliance with loan covenants.

Compliance & Reporting:

- Ensure adherence to banking regulations and internal compliance policies.

- Liaise with auditors, regulators, and legal teams for any banking-related compliance requirements.

- Treasury Management (Preferred):

- Support cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and investment decisions.

- Assist in optimizing the company's working capital and treasury operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate banking, treasury, or debt management.

- Strong understanding of banking products, debt instruments, and compliance requirements.

- Proven ability to manage end-to-end debt raising and documentation processes.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

- (Preferred) Experience in corporate treasury functions such as cash flow management and investment planning.
