About the Role:

We are hiring a high-performing Sr. Manager - B2B Sales to drive new business and manage strategic key accounts in the premium B2B space.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive new business development - identify, pitch, and close large B2B opportunities.

- Manage key accounts and grow wallet share through relationship-building & solution-selling.

- Collaborate with leadership on sales strategies and revenue targets.

- Represent the brand at industry events and networking forums.

What We're Looking For:

- 8-12 years of B2B sales experience

- Prior experience in office furniture, premium interiors, lighting, glass, FMCD or luxury/premium B2B products

- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets

- Excellent communication, negotiation & stakeholder management skills

- Self-driven, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, design-led environment
