Role: Senior Manager-B2B/Enterprise SAAS Sale
Industry: B2B SaaS-enabled platform in textile & fashion supply chain
Key Responsibilities:
- Devise & execute strategies to acquire large enterprise B2B clients and nurture them into strategic accounts.
- Engage directly with CXOs and senior leaders to build strong partnerships.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle from scouting new business, pitching, and closing to account expansion.
- Set up, hire, and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Drive P&L ownership, sales forecasting, and business planning, working cross-functionally with Finance, SCM, and Risk teams.
Candidate Requirement:
- MBA/B.Tech from a Tier-1 institute (IITs/IIMs/ISB/FMS, etc.) preferred
- 4-8 years in Enterprise B2B Sales / SaaS Sales / Supply Chain / Fashion-Tech / E-commerce
- Consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong background in account management & client relationships.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in P&L or business ownership.
