
ABOUT MY CLIENT:
My Client is B2B SaaS-enabled platform in textile & fashion supply chain, one of the fast-growing B2B SaaS-enabled platform that is disrupting the textile & fashion supply chain ecosystem in India and beyond.
OVERALL JOB RESPONSBILITIES:
- Devise & execute strategies to acquire large enterprise B2B clients and nurture them into strategic accounts.
- Engage directly with CXOs and senior leaders to build strong partnerships.
- Own end-to-end sales cycle, from scouting new business, pitching, and closing to account expansion.
- Set up, hire, and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Drive P&L ownership, sales forecasting, and business planning, working cross-functionally with Finance, SCM, and Risk teams.
DETAIL ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
A) Devise & Execute Sales Strategies:
1. Create and implement strategies to win large enterprise B2B clients (brands, fashion houses, exporters).
2. Convert them into long-term strategic accounts.
B) CXO Engagement:
1. Build strategic partnerships with CXOs of potential client companies.
C) Sales Efficiency & Process Improvement:
1. Identify gaps in sales/support processes.
2. Make the sales cycle faster, smoother, and more scalable.
D) Market & Performance Analysis:
1. Track region-wise performance, customer pipeline, and market share.
2. Set targets and KPIs for yourself and your team.
E) Enterprise Sales Model:
1. Push for enterprise-level contracts (not just transactional orders).
2. Focus on building deep client relationships & repeat business.
F) Pipeline & Growth Clusters:
1. Maintain a healthy client pipeline across SMB, mid-market, and large enterprises.
2. Identify new growth clusters or segments to expand into.
G) P&L Ownership:
1. Create and own the regional P&L, ensuring growth + profitability.
2. Collaborate with Finance, SCM, and Risk teams for planning.
WHAT I AM ACTUALLY LOOKING FOR:
- MBA/B.Tech from a Tier-1 institute (IITs/IIMs/ISB/FMS, etc.)-added advantage
- 4-8 years in Enterprise B2B Sales / SaaS Sales / Supply Chain / Fashion-Tech / E-commerce enablement
- Consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong background in account management & client relationships.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in P&L or business ownership.
