-Join a US-based Private Equity (PE) firm supporting multiple B2B SaaS portfolio companies under a shared marketing model. As Senior Manager, B2B Demand Generation, you'll design and execute full-funnel programs that convert interest into Discovery meetings and qualified opportunities.
What You'll Do:
- Lead integrated outbound campaigns (70% outbound | 30% inbound) that drive pipeline across portfolio companies
- Partner with BDRs and Sales to refine targeting, messaging, and cadence strategies
- Build Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs that align outbound and content strategies for high-value accounts
- Track and analyze campaign performance, optimize conversion rates, and improve funnel efficiency
- Work with marketing ops to ensure clean data, attribution accuracy, and unified reporting
- Develop scalable frameworks and playbooks to replicate success across industries and ICPs
What We're Looking For:
- 5-10 years of B2B Demand Generation experience (preferably in SaaS or Tech)
- Proven success in outbound pipeline creation through multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone, content)
- Deep experience running ABM programs targeting specific accounts & buying committees
- Resourceful and strategic-able to create impact with limited budgets
- Data-minded and execution-driven-focused on performance, not vanity metrics
- Bonus: Experience working with US-based tech companies
