
Role based with a leading Developer in Gurgaon
Role Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager / AVP - HNI Sales to drive high-value residential sales through direct engagement with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), Ultra-HNIs, and Real Estate Investors. This is a pure individual relationship role, responsible for managing end-to-end sales closures through deep client relationships, trust-based advisory, and personalized selling.
The role demands strong market credibility, a proven HNI network, and the ability to independently close premium and ultra-luxury residential transactions.
Key Responsibilities
HNI & Investor Relationship Management
- Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with HNIs, Ultra-HNIs, family offices, and real estate investors
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client investment objectives, lifestyle needs, and portfolio strategies
- Maintain strong engagement with existing HNI clients to drive repeat business and referrals
Residential Sales & Closures
- Drive direct residential sales for luxury and ultra-luxury projects in Gurgaon
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle: lead engagement, site visits, negotiations, bookings, and closures
- Handle high-ticket negotiations independently with discretion and professionalism
- Deliver consistent revenue targets through direct closures (no team management)
Market & Product Expertise
- Develop deep understanding of project offerings, pricing strategies, and competitive landscape
- Stay updated on market trends, investment hotspots, and buyer sentiment in NCR
- Position projects effectively as lifestyle and/or investment opportunities for HNIs
Channel & Referral Development (Selective)
- Leverage select wealth managers, private bankers, family offices, and referral partners for deal sourcing
- Build a strong personal brand within the HNI and investor ecosystem
Internal Coordination
- Work closely with CRM, legal, finance, and customer experience teams to ensure seamless deal execution
- Ensure timely documentation, compliance, and customer satisfaction
Key Requirements:
Experience & Background:
- 6-14 years of experience in residential real estate sales, with significant exposure to HNI / Investor sales
- Strong track record of closing high-value residential transactions independently
- Experience with luxury or premium developers in Gurgaon / NCR preferred
