Responsibilities:
- Create a culture of learning and development.
- Identifying training and development needs in the Organization.
- Recognize and adopt best practices in the area of Learning and Development
- Preparation of Annual Training Calendar and execute training workshops and interventions based on Training Needs Analysis.
- Identify the training needs for the Sales & Services function.
- Designing & delivering the training and development program based on the needs of the individual and the organization.
- Conceptualizing, designing, and implementing engaging & innovative learning materials for L&D workshops and e-learning modules.
- Maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual dashboards & MIS for reviews
- Managing L&D budgets independently
