Sr. Manager / AVP - Compensation & Benefits #C&B #Compensation&Benefits #TotalRewards Key Responsibilities: - Manage annual salary planning, bonus planning, job mapping review, and providing counsel and support to the teams. - Contributing to compensation-related projects & benchmarking exercises, performing job evaluation on key positions. - Partner with key stakeholders to drive the adoption of new technology systems to support our fixed and variable programs. - Design, update and review the best C&B programs for the employees, including fixed & variable pay programs. - Design salary ranges and provide external benchmarking advice as needed. - Monitor survey project plans as well as coordinate tasks with project stakeholders. - Compensation analysis for sales & leadership teams. - Reviewing of Payroll and policies & processes. - Ensuring C&B compliances and regulations at various levels.
