Role: Senior Manager/ Associate Director

Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery recovery efforts end-to-end: issue identification, impact assessment, recovery planning, and execution.
- Establish delivery governance frameworks aligned with TDLC, Agile, or SAFe methodologies.
- Re-baseline delivery plans, manage risks/issues, and realign client commitments.
- Drive improvements in Delivery Experience (DEX) and reductions in Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ).
- Build and maintain executive stakeholder trust via structured governance and transparent communication.
- Lead Steering Committees and executive review forums.
- Track and analyze financial, schedule, and quality metrics (SPI, burn rate, forecast accuracy, margin).
- Drive commercial resets and Estimate at Completion (EAC) recovery initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with InfoSec, audits, and quality gates.
- Provide strategic leadership to resolve complex program-level challenges.
- Oversee contract deliverables, financial constructs, and dependencies.
- Mentor teams, develop recovery playbooks, and coach delivery managers.
Must Have Qualifications
- 12-20 years of experience in large-scale program delivery with deep focus on Workday Extend/Workday Data Mapping & Conversion/Workday Advanced Compensation/Workday Core HCM
- Proven track record in delivery recovery leadership across global clients
Nice to Have
- Workday Core HCM experience.
- PMI, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
- Relevant Workday/ERP platform certifications.
