Role Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition leader to drive and scale global hiring across multiple geographies. This role will be instrumental in building a proactive, high-impact recruitment function aligned with the organizations long-term growth vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives
- Transform the recruitment function from a reactive model to a proactive, business-driven approach
- Own end-to-end hiring across India, MEA, Europe, Canada, the US, and Turkey
- Build a strong recruitment team that partners closely with business leaders and challenges the status quo
- Drive hiring strategies for technology and product roles in a highly competitive global talent market
- Lead workforce planning in collaboration with senior leadership and the CEO
- Design scalable and flexible hiring models to support evolving business needs
- Manage, mentor, and develop a distributed TA team of 1015 members across regions
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and HR Operations to ensure seamless hiring processes
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and accountability frameworks to improve hiring speed, quality, and ownership
- Leverage ATS, recruitment data, and HR systems to optimize hiring performance
- Act as a strategic advisor on talent market trends, hiring risks, and workforce availability
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or Masters in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- 12+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, with strong leadership exposure
- Proven experience managing a global TA team (1015 members) across multiple countries
- Strong background in technology or product-led organizations (SaaS / product-tech preferred)
- Demonstrated success in transforming recruitment teams into strategic business partners
- Experience handling large-scale, multi-region hiring
- Strong understanding of ATS and HR systems, with a data-driven approach to recruitment
- Experience with Workday is an added advantage
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with senior leadership and CXO-level stakeholders
- High ownership mindset, adaptability, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
