- Contribute to business development by identifying financing opportunities, developing ideas around structured capital solutions, and helping convert prospective engagements into mandates.

- Manage junior team members and analysts on execution quality, timelines, work allocation, and professional development.

- Track market developments in private credit, structured finance, growth capital, lender appetite, pricing trends, covenant structures, and transaction benchmarks to improve client advice and origination quality.

Revenue Responsibility:

This role carries meaningful but developing commercial ownership. The selected candidate will be expected to:

- Contribute to origination and conversion of structured debt and capital advisory mandates through existing relationships and self-generated opportunities.

- Build and maintain an active pipeline across borrowers, promoters, lenders, private credit investors, and relevant intermediaries.

- Support annual fee generation goals through both execution-led client retention and new mandate conversion.

- Drive individual revenue contribution over time.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate should bring a blend of financing expertise, client maturity, and entrepreneurial drive.

- 5-7 years of relevant experience in structured debt advisory, debt capital advisory, private credit, project finance, leveraged or acquisition finance, corporate finance advisory, or related investment banking roles.

- Strong understanding of capital structures, credit analysis, cash flow underwriting, debt structuring, lender engagement, financial statement analysis, and transaction documentation.

- Demonstrated experience in independently managing transactions and interacting directly with clients, lenders, investors, and counterparties.

- Prior exposure to business development, client coverage, or revenue responsibility is strongly preferred.

- Ability to operate effectively in a boutique environment where ownership, adaptability, and responsiveness are critical.

- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.

- High attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to combine execution discipline with commercial orientation.

- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
