
Senior Manager/Associate Director - SAP Sales

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior SAP Sales to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading sales initiatives for SAP products and services, developing strategic sales plans, and driving revenue growth. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and establishing strong relationships with key SAP clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the SAP sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Provide mentorship, training, and support to team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
- SAP Sales Team Collaboration: Establish and maintain a close, collaborative relationship with SAP's internal sales team to align sales strategies, share market insights, and leverage joint selling opportunities. Act as a primary liaison between our company and SAP to ensure a cohesive partnership that maximizes sales potential.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with company goals. Identify new market opportunities and devise strategies to tap into these markets.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand client needs and offer solutions and support that meet these needs.
- Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of SAP products and services, market conditions, and competitive landscape. Use this knowledge to effectively position our offerings.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Adjust strategies as needed to improve sales outcomes.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, results, and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in senior sales roles in selling SAP solutions is a must.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of the SAP ecosystem and the ability to stay abreast of new technologies and product updates.
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel as required.
