Role Overview : - Oversee the Talent Acquisition and HR Operations teams, ensuring the effective and efficient execution of HR strategies and processes. - Find innovative ways to attract top talent to fuel our company's growth, as well as drive seamless HR operations to support our employees and optimise HR systems and processes. Responsibilities : Talent Acquisition : - Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies and programs to attract and hire top talent for various roles within the organisation. - Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies using low code, no code automation tools. - Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers. - Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies, job boards, and other talent sources to expand our talent pool. - Taking care of interview process efficiency as well as candidate experience. HR Operations : - Manage and optimise HR processes, including onboarding, employee data management, benefits administration, HRIS maintenance, and compliance. - Develop and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry standards. - Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HR systems, enhancing employee self-service and improving data accuracy. Team Leadership : - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. - Set clear goals and performance expectations, providing regular feedback and coaching to drive individual and team success. - Identify training and development needs within the HR team, ensuring continuous learning and growth opportunities. - Collaborate with other department heads and stakeholders to align HR initiatives with the company's goals and objectives. Requirements : - MBA from a good college. - Proven experience (7+ years) in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and HR operations. - Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role is required. - Prior experience of 0-1 startup. - In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and regulations. - Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. - Familiarity with HR systems and tools, preferably experience with HRIS implementation and management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. - Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. - Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
