About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of complex business workflows and elegant product experiences. You will own critical product areas within our ERP and accounting suite - used by 300,000+ businesses across India to manage their day-to-day back-office operations, GST/VAT compliance, and both B2B and B2C commerce. This is a high-ownership role where you'll work directly with founders, engineering, and customers to shape the product roadmap and drive meaningful outcomes.

What You'll Do:

- Own product areas end-to-end - from customer discovery and problem definition through to solution design, delivery, and measurable impact

- Define product strategy and roadmaps for your area, keeping them tightly aligned with business goals and customer needs across on-premise, cloud, and mobile environments

- Write clear, outcome-driven PRDs and work closely with engineering to ensure high-quality, on-time execution

- Partner with design to deliver experiences that are simple and intuitive - even when the underlying workflows are complex (think GST filing, multi-entity accounting, inventory reconciliation)

- Use data, usage signals, and customer feedback to drive prioritisation and continuously improve adoption and retention

- Engage directly and regularly with customers - SMBs and enterprises alike - to uncover real pain points and validate product decisions before building

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams on go-to-market planning, feature launches, and competitive positioning

- Mentor and support other PMs on the team, raising the bar on product thinking and execution standards

What We're Looking For:

- 7-10 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS

- Strong product sense with a genuine customer-first approach

- Solid grasp of UX principles, user research methods, and product analytics

- Comfort working closely with engineering teams and navigating technical trade-offs

- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on - you can zoom out to set direction and zoom in to write a detailed spec

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders across functions

Good to Have:

- Prior experience in accounting, ERP, fintech, compliance, or SMB-focused software

- Familiarity with on-premise + cloud hybrid product environments

- Exposure to PLG (Product-Led Growth) strategies or self-serve product models

- Engineering background or hands-on technical experience

- Experience managing or mentoring other PMs
