- Track People Cost & manpower panning (including workforce mapping) across the organization and help in maintaining optimal occupancy across departments. - Manage the People Success AOP & end to end Vendor Management to optimize all HR/ People related expenditure. - Lead the audit framework for all the policies, processes, controls & compliances in People Success. - Proactively manage people risk by providing advice and guidance on employment law, labour/ statutory compliances, ER issues, disputes, and other employee changes to senior leaders in support of business goals. - Monitor and analyse HR metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
