
Role: HRBP-Non Tech
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic HR partner to Business and Operations leaders to align people strategy with business objectives.
- Design, build, and lead the L&D charter, including behavioral, leadership, functional, and compliance learning programs.
- Conduct structured Training Needs Analysis (TNA) based on business goals, competency gaps, and performance data.
- Develop and execute annual learning calendars and capability-building roadmaps.
- Own end-to-end training delivery including program design, vendor management, facilitation, and impact assessment.
- Establish frameworks for career progression, capability building, and internal talent mobility.
- Coach managers to build leadership depth and people management effectiveness.
- Drive change management initiatives during business transformations.
- Lead performance management cycles, succession planning, and high-potential talent development.
- Partner with internal HR stakeholders and engagement SPOCs to drive employee engagement and culture initiatives.
- Lead end-to-end talent assessments for new and existing employees in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
- Provide hands-on performance management support to line managers including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary processes.
- Review and enhance HR policies, rewards and recognition frameworks, and incentive structures to align with industry best practices and business outcomes.
Required Skills:
- 10-15 years of HR Business Partnering experience, preferably in non-tech, business operations etc.
- Proven experience in building and running Learning & Development frameworks or academies.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Solid understanding of business operations, productivity drivers, operational KPIs, and workforce metrics.
- Ability to influence leaders without authority and align people's priorities with business goals.
- Strong leadership advisory mindset with coaching and consulting capabilities.
- Analytical mindset with experience using workforce and performance data to drive decision-making.
