Sr Manager/Associate Director (Digital Marketing) - Client Servicing - Account Management - Noida (Hybrid Mode) - 10+ Years
A senior leadership opportunity for an experienced digital marketing professional to manage and grow key client accounts. This role focuses on owning client relationships, providing strategic direction, ensuring delivery excellence, and driving measurable business outcomes through integrated digital marketing solutions.

Responsibilities :
1. Managing end-to-end client relationships by acting as the single point of contact and ensuring high client satisfaction.
2. Owning key account health by tracking scope, commercials, deliverables, and retention metrics.
3. Overseeing delivery and operations to ensure timely execution, SLA adherence, and quality output.
4. Leading account governance through regular reviews, reporting, documentation, and escalation management.
5. Collaborating with internal teams on resource planning, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement.
Requirements :
1. Extensive experience in client servicing and key account management within a service-driven environment.
2. Demonstrated capability to manage large, complex, or multiple client accounts while maintaining high satisfaction and retention.
3. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills across senior client and internal leadership levels.
4. Deep understanding of service delivery frameworks, SLAs, operational workflows, and quality governance standards.
5. Ability to work cross-functionally with delivery, operations, and support teams to resolve issues, manage escalations, and ensure account stability.
