Senior Manager/Associate Director - Business Finance - CA

Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience.

- 45 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) within traditional companies, or 34 years within start-up tech/internet/new-age companies.

- Exposure to Investor Relations (up to 2 years) is a plus, but not mandatory.

- Completed articleship in the Statutory Audit function at a Big 4 or a Tier 2 audit firm (or equivalent).

- Exceptional MS Excel skills a must-have for success in this role.

- Proficiency in accounting software/tools like Zoho, QuickBooks, or Tally.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- High attention to detail, especially when handling critical investor or board queries.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- High on energy, with a curious and learning-oriented mindset.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and perform under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for the business.

- Prepare and present financial models, reports, and dashboards to senior leadership.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial insights and alignment with business goals.

- Respond to investor and board-level queries with ownership, precision, and timeliness.

- Support in investor relations by preparing pitch decks, financial summaries, and ad-hoc analysis.

- Continuously improve financial processes and leverage tools for automation and efficiency.

- Monitor financial KPIs and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial controls.
