Sr. Manager / Associate Director - Business Development (New Client Acquisition)
Job Description:
We're seeking an experienced commercial real estate leader to build and direct a high-performing hub team while identifying, developing, and managing client relationships across national, regional, and global markets.
This strategic role focuses on mid-market segment clients who currently manage their real estate portfolio on a geography-by-geography basis, presenting opportunities to consolidate and optimize their approach to real estate decisions.
The position carries full P&L responsibility for the hub's operations and requires strategic leadership to achieve ambitious growth targets outlined in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, mentor, and lead a cross-functional hub team to drive market expansion and client service excellence
- Develop and execute the hub's Annual Operating Plan (AOP), including revenue targets, cost management, and operational efficiency metrics
- Own the hub's P&L, ensuring profitable growth while maintaining service quality and team development
- Prospect and develop relationships with mid-market clients managing multi-geography portfolios without centralized mandates
- Build and maintain robust deal pipeline across national, regional, and global markets
- Create and pursue leasing opportunities through deep understanding of client's footprint and growth plans
- Drive client satisfaction through consistent service delivery while coordinating with local brokerage teams
- Identify and resolve regional/global challenges proactively
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments to streamline decision-making processes
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of commercial real estate industry, particularly in office leasing
- Proven track record in building and leading high-performing teams in a multi-market environment
- Experience in P&L management and strategic business planning
- Strong understanding of regional and global real estate market dynamics
- Demonstrated success in prospecting and developing multi-market client relationships
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in managing complex client requirements across different geographies
