Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the annual internal audit plan aligned with strategic objectives

- Lead operational, financial, and compliance audits across business units

- Evaluate internal controls and recommend enhancements to mitigate risks

- Present audit findings and actionable insights to executive leadership and the Audit Committee

- Oversee external audit coordination and regulatory inspections

- Mentor and manage a team of audit professionals

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in internal audit, risk management, or assurance

- Professional certifications such as CA

- Strong knowledge of audit methodologies, internal control frameworks, and regulatory standards
