A leading fintech organization is looking for an experienced and high-performing Sr. manager/AVP - Strategic Partnerships with a strong background in payment gateway partnerships, enterprise hunting, and business growth.
The ideal candidate should possess deep industry connects within the fintech/payments ecosystem and a proven track record of driving strategic alliances and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive strategic partnerships and alliances across the payments and fintech ecosystem
- Identify, acquire, and manage high-value enterprise partnerships
- Lead hunting efforts for new business opportunities in payment gateway and digital payments domain
- Build strong relationships with banks, aggregators, enterprises, and ecosystem partners
- Develop go-to-market strategies to enhance business expansion and revenue growth
- Collaborate with product, compliance, operations, and leadership teams for successful execution
- Monitor market trends, competition, and emerging partnership opportunities
Desired Candidate Profile :
- 6-15 years of experience in fintech, payments, or payment gateway partnerships
- Strong hunting and enterprise acquisition experience
- Proven expertise in strategic alliances and relationship management
- Strong understanding of payment gateway, online acquiring, UPI, cards, and digital payments ecosystem
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Prior experience in high-growth fintech organizations will be preferred
