Function: Marketing | Strategic Content | AI Solution Enablement

Work Mode: Full-time, Work from Office

Role Purpose

We are seeking a sharp, execution-focused Sr. Marketing Managerstrategic Content and GTM Messaging- to lead the development of high-quality, insight-driven content that supports enterprise growth, enhances brand positioning, and directly enables go-to-market success.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role at the intersection of content marketing, AI solution storytelling, and enterprise GTM strategy. The ideal candidate must have worked in an AI-led technology solutions or IT services company and bring substantial experience in building strategic content assets that resonate with CXO-level buyers.

You will partner with sales, product, and leadership teams to build persuasive narratives, pitch decks, and campaign assets that differentiate us in the enterprise space and drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

A. Strategic Content Development

- Design and execute a forward-looking content roadmap aligned with GTM goals, business growth, and brand voice.

- Translate complex AI/ML, cloud, and digital transformation solutions into clear, business-relevant messages.

- Own end-to-end content creation across multiple formats pitch decks, solution briefs, POV documents, executive messaging, and explainer decks.

B. GTM Messaging & Sales Enablement

- Build core messaging frameworks for offerings across verticals (e.g., BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing).

- Create persona-aligned sales content for enterprise decision-makers (CIO, CTO, COO, CDO).

- Partner closely with GTM teams to co-develop pursuit content, pitches, and ABM narratives.

C. Market Positioning & Competitive Messaging

- Conduct industry benchmarking, client research, and competitive messaging scans.

- Shape differentiated positioning for AI-led products and services that address enterprise buyer pain points.

- Develop thought leadership themes and strategic narratives to reinforce category presence.

D. Campaign & Demand Support

- Write and deliver content for integrated campaigns across channelsweb, email, social, LinkedIn, and events.

- Work with digital marketing to align content performance with funnel metrics (traffic, MQLs, engagement).

- Craft ABM and deal acceleration content tailored to verticals, geographies, and personas.

E. Content Governance & Asset Management

- Maintain a centralized library of approved content assets with precise version control.

- Establish best practices for content reviews, design collaboration, and quality checks.

- Track content performance through analytics dashboards and feedback from sales users.

Experience & Qualifications

- Vast experience in B2B content marketing, solution marketing, or GTM messaging in AI-led IT solutions, SaaS, or digital services companies.

- Strong experience in building enterprise-facing content that supports complex solution sales.

- Proven success in writing and designing pitch decks, solution narratives, and messaging guides.

- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, enterprise buyer needs, and industry solution use cases.

- Proficient in content tools PowerPoint, Canva, Google Suite, MS Office; experience with CMS/marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, WordPress) is a plus.

- Experience working in high-growth, cross-functional, and deadline-driven environments.

- Sales teams actively adopt and advocate content as a core business enabler.

Additional Notes

- This is a work-from-office rolecandidates should be available to work on-site.

- The role is a hands on individual contributor in nature; strong execution ownership is critical. It is focused on building high-impact, insight-driven content to support our GTM strategy across AI-led IT solutions.
