We're looking for a strategic, polished, and business-aligned Learning & Development leader to partner with the Head of L&D in driving the learning agenda at our Company.
This initial Individual Contributor role will lead capability building across North India and may gradually change to a People Management role for the L&D team.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, flawless execution, and executive presence - someone who can design learning architectures and ensure consistent implementation across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and operationalize the Learning Architecture for our Company, aligning capability-building initiatives with business priorities.
- Build learning frameworks and structured journeys for key talent segments sales consultants, managers, and leaders.
- Lead end-to-end capability initiatives across North & East zones, ensuring high quality delivery and measurable business impact.
- Partner with business and HR leaders to identify skill gaps and co-create learning interventions that drive performance.
- Champion stakeholder management and leadership engagement, representing the L&D function with credibility and influence.
- Integrate digital learning tools, LMS platforms, and blended learning approaches to scale learning impact.
- Mentor and coach the extended L&D team to ensure consistency, innovation, and delivery excellence.
What Were Looking For:
- 12 - 16 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, preferably in large or fast-paced organizations.
- Strong conceptual understanding of learning architecture, frameworks, and organizational capability development.
- Proven ability to translate learning strategy into structured execution plans.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with executive presence and polish.
- Adept at influencing senior stakeholders and aligning learning to business metrics.
- Exposure to digital learning ecosystems, LMS tools, and data-driven decision making.
- Highly organized, articulate, and well-read professional with a passion for learning excellence.
Qualifications:
- Post Graduate / Graduate in HR, Organizational Psychology, or Business Administration.
- Certifications in Instructional Design, Facilitation, or Leadership Development preferred.
