Senior Manager/Assistant Vice President - Investor Relation

Innoquest is looking for a SR.Manager/AVP Investor relation for their clients in the Healthcare BPM .

We are looking for a Senior Manager/Associate Director Investor Relations who will be responsible for investor relations activities and communicating the Company's financial performance and strategy including to enhance the Company's relationships with the investors and analysts at large.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Develop and execute investor relations plans aligned with the Company's overall objectives and financial performance goals

- Build relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders and respond to inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

- Prepare and distribute financial reports, presentations, press releases, and other communications materials to ensure transparency and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate with FP&A. Accounting, legal, Secretarial teams to ensure accurate and timely disclosure of material information to investors and regulatory authorities.

- Monitor and analyze market trends, peer performance, equity research analyst positions. stock price movements, ownership and investor feedback to provide insights and recommendationsto sensor management for optimizing investor relations strategies

- Take additional responsibility in Corp FP&A and M&A Due Diligence

- Support the executive team in developing and retining the company's messaging. positioning, and value proposition for investors and the broader market

- Stay abreast of industry best policies, regulatory developments, and emerging trends in investor relations to continuously enhance the effectiveness of the company's investor.
