Senior Manager/Assistant Vice President - Internal Control Unit/SOC Audits - Asset Servicing

CA / CFA & experience of handling SOC audits:

1) Understanding of PCM, Fund Accounting and Custody is preferred.

2) Candidate should be well versed with certifications like SOC I & II & ISAE 3402.

3) Candidate would be required to coordinate the entire certification process with internal stakeholders and external auditors to see smooth implementation of SOC.

4) Good detection and quick analytical skills for process standpoint.

5) Conducting risk assessments along with internal teams & external auditors.

6) Collaborating with other departments in resolving the auditor's remarks.

7) Effective, timely and accurate reporting to management

8) Ability to contribute to post incident reviews

9) Developing system reports & MIS for internal control unit.

10) Upgrading process manuals with the help of respective departments and external auditors

11) Bringing experience of methods for developing System and Organization control

12) Proactive approach in learning new activities of Internal Control Unit department.
