We are seeking a smart female candidate for an opening with one of the top ten Mutual Fund companies.


Role: Investor Engagement- HNI/Super HNI Clients


Position Grade Range : Senior Manager/AVP


Regional Manager L1 Regional Head-


Reporting Manager L2 National Head Institutional Sales


Location: Bangalore/Delhi


- The candidate will be responsible for new client acquisition, focusing on High Net Worth Individuals (HNI), and managing relationships to drive investments into Mutual Fund schemes.


- The role demands a deep understanding of mutual funds, investment products, and client advisory, with a strong track record in client acquisition and wealth management.


- New Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and onboard HNI investors to invest in Mutual Fund schemes.


- Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with HNI clients, ensuring consistent engagement and portfolio growth.


- Investment Advisory: Understand client needs, provide financial guidance, and recommend suitable mutual fund products.


- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and investor behavior to refine sales strategies.


- Sales G Revenue Generation: Drive AUM (Assets Under Management) growth through direct sales and referrals.


- Networking G Business Development: Leverage personal and professional networks, attend industry events, and collaborate with internal teams to maximize business opportunities.


- Compliance G Documentation: Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and maintain accurate client records.


Knowledge/ Skills/Experience:


Experience: 11 years +of experience in mutual funds, wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory with a strong HNI client base.


Education: MBA/PGDM in Finance, CFP, or equivalent qualification preferred.


Skills G Competencies:


- Strong network and proven ability to acquire HNI clients.


- Deep understanding of mutual funds and investment products.


- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


- Strategic mindset with the ability to drive business growth.


- Knowledge of SEBI regulations and compliance norms.
