Senior Manager/Assistant Vice President - Financial Planning & Analysis

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Drive business performance through KPI tracking and actionable insights.

- Lead business planning, strategic analysis, and cross-functional projects.

- Own daily, weekly, and monthly business reporting and dashboards.

- Partner with leadership to identify business opportunities and solve operational challenges.

- Prepare executive presentations and business reviews for senior management.

- Collaborate across functions to drive business performance and strategic initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:

- CA or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution.

- 5-8 years of experience in Business Planning, Business Finance, FP&A, Analytics, Strategy, or Consulting.

- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

- Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

Preferred Background:

- Experience in services, marketplaces, startups or other high-growth organizations.

- Prior exposure to Business Finance, FP&A, Strategy, or Consulting roles will be preferred.
