Senior Manager/Assistant Vice President - Debt Credit Market - Credit/BFSI

Our client, a Leading BFSI group is looking out for Debt Credit Market - Credit professional (Sr. Manager/ AVP) to be based at Mumbai.

Role Objective:

- The individual would be responsible for providing comprehensive credit assessment and analysis support for debt issuance transactions including corporate bonds, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), Commercial Papers (CPs), Structured and other debt securities.

- The role requires a deep understanding of credit risk fundamentals, fixed income markets regulatory framework governing India's debt capital markets and Stakeholder relationship management.

- This position offers exposure to diverse sectors, complex credit structures, and interaction with rating agencies, institutional investors, and corporate clients across industries.

Qualifications & Experience:

- CA preferred or MBA - Finance with relevant experience of 5 years in corporate credit management, or risk management is essential, with a proven track record in a decision-making capacity.

- Experience in Credit Underwriting, structuring and execution of primary debt issuances, including NCDs, bonds, and structured instruments, across public issues and private placements.

- Strong experience in fixed income, credit ratings, regulations and bond markets, credit risk assessment and mitigation.

- Proficiency in building integrated financial models and undertaking stress and scenarios analysis.
