Job Title : Senior Manager/AVP Business Planning & Analysis

Description :

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional for the role of Senior Manager / AVP Business Planning & Analysis. The individual will work closely with business leadership and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Business Performance Management

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess overall business health.

- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Strategic Projects

- Lead and execute ad hoc strategic initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.

- Work cross-functionally to solve complex business problems and support decision-making.

Business Reporting

- Own and manage regular reporting cadence (daily, weekly, monthly business reviews).

- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reports and dashboards.

Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate closely with senior leadership and C-suite executives.

- Present insights, recommendations, and business updates in a clear and concise manner.

Team Leadership

- Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 analysts.

- Drive capability building, performance management, and team development.

Presentation & Communication

- Prepare high-quality presentations for leadership reviews and strategic discussions.

- Translate complex data into compelling business narratives.

Key Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL; knowledge of BI tools is a plus).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership.

- Strong presentation skills with experience in creating executive-level decks.

- Experience in team handling and people management.

- Leadership role with high visibility and impact.

Experience and Education :

- CA or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution.

- 5-9 years of relevant experience in Business Planning, analytics, consulting and related roles.
