Senior Manager/Assistant Vice President - Business Intelligence Unit

Job Title: Sr. Manager / AVP Business Intelligence Unit (BIU)

Function: BIU

Reporting To: Finance Head

Responsibility Level: Middle Management

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and manage Sales MIS at PAN India, Regional, Branch, and RM levels.

- Track sales performance through daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including target vs. achievement, RM mapping, and industry sales/AUM analysis.

- Develop monthly business reviews, management presentations, and board decks.

- Analyze business profitability, including financial projections, branch and product P&L, distributor profitability, and peer financial benchmarking.

- Prepare investment MIS covering portfolio performance, ratios, attribution analysis, and investment committee reports.

- Monitor and analyze commission and expense ratios to support business decision-making.
