Description:
- Monitoring: Oversight of investment limits, liquidity, and credit risk.
- Systems & Controls: Implementation of front-office limits and dealing room control testing.
- Reporting: Data analytics for regulatory mandates and Risk Committees.
- Frameworks: Implementation of SEBI RMF and 3-Line of Defense governance.
- Internal Controls: Management of PLC/ELC and enterprise-wide risk policies.
- RCSA: Executing Risk and Control Self-Assessments and reporting heat maps to RMCE/RMCB.
- Operational Risk: Incident analysis, root cause reporting, and control enhancements.
- Stakeholder Support: Assisting CRO/CXOs with policy reviews and committee agendas/minutes.
- Strategy: Defining risk-based audit scopes and managing auditor appointments via the Board/Audit Committee.
- Execution: Ensuring timely closure of audit reports and Action Taken Reports (ATRs).
- Preparing Internal Audit scope and Audit calendar for Mutual Fund and AMC
Required KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Well versed SEBI regulations pertaining to various investment limits and SEBI guidelines / circulars
- Well versed with various enterprise- wide risk tools & methodologies across the investment life cycle.
- Experience in risk function of AMC.
- Reporting and Data analytical skills,
- Understanding of risk management best practices
- Mutual Fund operational knowledge and SEBI Mutual Fund regulations
