About: - Liasoning with Banks for daily operations, renewal of facilities, compliance etc. - Preparation of Daily Cash Flows for actual, Weekly Cash Flow Statements (Projections & Actual). - Effective adherence to SOX in all processes related to Treasury. - Credit Appraisals for limits etc. - Coordinate activities related to interest payments, amortization, voluntary prepayments and financial disclosure of company debt and interest expense. - Prepare and track Notices for borrowings and Continuation of Debt as they become due. - Preparation & submission of monthly stock statements, FFR etc as required to the Banks. - Responsible for overseeing the Weekly Cash Flow process in relation to Banking, Interact with Marketing & Logistics for all document flow to Banks. - Responsible for exploring opportunities on Cost Reduction Plans on Interest, Transaction charges etc. - Compile and analyze Company's foreign exchange and commodities exposure for company and execute derivative contracts with select counterparties as directed by Corporate Treasury - Manage the net settlement process on the derivative contracts and prepare and coordinate month-end / quarter end reporting, to meet requirements per hedge accounting guidelines - Manage all line of insurance policy renewal including gathering and analysis of the Tecumseh India exposures and work closely together with Corporate Treasurer - Ensure compliance of EDPMS/IDPMS & other FEMA related regulations. ALSO WILL TAKE CARE OF GENERAL ACCOUNTING AND ACCOUNTS PAYABLE , AS AND WHEN REQUIRED
