Senior Manager/Assistant General Manager - Sustainability

Roles & responsibilities:

- Lead the overall sustainability initiatives across the organisation. Support development and execution of sustainability strategy or needs.

- Implement and manage energy and sustainability programs to achieve environmental objectives.

- Drive operational efficiencies though the identification and implementation of opportunities to improve energy and sustainability performance.

- Provide regular insight into use of utilities, generation of waste/recycling, and carbon emissions including the impact on the internal and external factors.

Key Responsibility Areas:

- Engage with design consultants, architects, projects team as the key point of contact for the provision of wide-ranging advice in relation to all aspects of environmental sustainability.

- Develop and enhance systems and processes for delivering best practice sustainability performance and use of utility/sustainability management systems for monitoring and/or reporting purposes.

- Candidate should be a motivational and effective Team player with excellent communication skills. Ability to create and present project reports is essential.

- Internal Interactions With various teams like - Design & Architecture/Structure/MEP Design/ Horticulture/ Head Projects - Execution etc.

Education :- B.Tech/B.Arch + Masters in Sustainability, Environmental

Qualifications: Science, Engineering, or related field.
