Location: Mumbai

Experience: 2-5 Years

Qualification:


- MBA/PGDM from IIM or a Tier-A business school.


- Prior experience in real estate, preferably residential projects.

Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Strategy Manager to drive revenue growth and enhance the sales operations for our residential real estate projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in the real estate sector to develop and implement innovative sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Strategic Planning:


- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals for residential real estate projects.


- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and risks.


- Work closely with sales teams to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.


- Optimize pricing strategies, promotions, and offers to maximize conversions.


- Monitor the sales funnel and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.


- Conduct detailed market research to understand customer demographics, buying behaviors, and emerging trends.


- Develop insights on project performance, including location-specific demand and pricing sensitivity.


- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and key stakeholders.


- Provide strategic inputs to senior management for decision-making.


- Present dashboards and periodic reports to management highlighting key sales insights and actionable recommendations.

Key Skills & Competencies:


- Strong knowledge of the real estate residential sector, including sales cycles, regulations, and customer preferences.


- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.


- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.


- Proficiency in sales automation platforms, and MS Excel/PowerPoint.
