Role Overview:

The Senior Manager / AGM Sales is responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and managing multiple residential projects or large broker networks.


This role requires driving channel partner engagement, mentoring team members, and achieving aggressive sales targets for premium and luxury projects.


Key Responsibilities:


- Lead and manage a team of Sales Managers and Executives to achieve project-wise and regional targets.


- Build, nurture, and expand relationships with brokers, channel partners, and referral networks.

- Plan and implement sales campaigns, partner meets, and incentive programs.

- Conduct regular training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops for the sales team.

- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and implement corrective measures.

- Ensure smooth coordination between marketing, operations, and sales teams for project launches.

- Provide insights on customer behavior, competitor strategies, and market trends to senior leadership.

- Ensure adherence to pricing, compliance, and contractual guidelines in all transactions.


Skills and Qualifications:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or relevant field.

- 9-12 years of real estate sales experience, with team management exposure.

- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong leadership, analytical, and relationship management skills.

- Experience with premium or luxury residential projects is highly desirable.
