Hiring - Senior Manager / Assistant General Manager (Techno-Commercial Role)

Location: Delhi NCR

Qualification - B. Tech

Industry - Locomotive

We are looking for an experienced professional with 10-18 years in Electric Industrial Heaters to join our team in a techno-commercial leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Tenders & RFQ offer submission, bid preparation, and timely quotation delivery

- Develop sales strategies, generate leads, close deals, and manage customer relationships

- Technical meetings, clarifications with customers & suppliers

- Pre-bid engineering support, tailored solutions, and long-term business relationship building

- Initial design calculations of heaters, structures, pressure parts & piping as per ASME Codes

- Thermal calculations using HTRI software, fatigue analysis (FEA), and manual ASME calculations

- Preparation of technical offers, cost estimation, and purchase order specifications

- Market & competitor analysis for electric heaters

- Support Design, Procurement & Production teams to ensure timely project completion

Requirements:

- Must be from a similar industry with strong knowledge of industrial heaters

- Expertise in material science for MOC selection, process engineering, and ASME codes

- Hands-on experience in thermal calculations (HTRI), FEA, and compliance with tender portals (GEM, Eproc, NIC)

- Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle customers smartly.
