
Position Summary:
Regional / national role responsible for managing all sales and marketing activities, achieving revenue targets, building and maintaining key client relationships, analyzing market and competitor trends, and driving business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all marketing and sales-related activities of the organization.
- Prepare and execute sales action plans to achieve targets.
- Contribute insights to strategic marketing and sales plans based on market data and trends.
- Identify consumer requirements, define market segments, and track competitor activities.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and respond effectively.
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts through periodic visits and proactive engagement.
- Prospect for new clients to increase market penetration.
- Track sales orders, ensure timely dispatch, and resolve any customer/supplier issues.
- Communicate regularly with management through activity and performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly).
